Top Five B2B Commerce Sessions at Salesforce Connections

Early in the spring, I attended Salesforce World Tour in Boston and consistently heard from a couple local Salesforce Account Executive that Salesforce Connections is an awesome event for B2B Commerce. As XCentium has been planning for the conference, in parallel, I have been getting reach outs from a variety of other software partners who want to connect next week in Chicago including Amplience, Bloomreach, Coveo, Mirakl and Sitecore. Then yesterday, I noticed Ray Grady s LinkedIn post on growth in the B2B Commerce Partner Ecosystem which includes a bunch more companies involved in the AppExchange and my anticipation has now peaked.

With the conference a few days away, it seemed to be the right time to plan my itinerary leveraging the Agenda Builder with a focus on B2B Commerce. My top priority will be in our booth as XCentium is a gold sponsor and need to prioritize spending time meeting with attendees interested in learning how XCentium can deliver innovative Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. But there are five B2B Commerce sessions I really want to fit in my agenda:

Create Connected B2B Customer Experiences Across Sales, Service, & Commerce

This is a hot button for XCentium and an area we have seen a lot of traction on over the last year. Getting the latest on how companies are connecting B2B Commerce, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing data resulting in consistent customer and brand experiences is always a good take. Monday, June 17, 3:00 PM - 3:40 PM McCormick Place, Super Session Room W184.

Salesforce B2B Commerce Product Roadmap

No brainer here where there is always a need to learn about new updates and new directions for B2B Commerce, when they are coming, and how they will impact what XCentium needs to focus on to advise our clients and prospects accordingly. Monday, June 17, 5:00 PM - 5:40 PM. McCormick Place, Lake Superior Theater.

The B2B Commerce Partner Ecosystem

The list of companies in the extended ecosystem is impressive and I will be very interested in hearing how Salesforce B2B Commerce is expanding this ecosystem and it gives me a chance to connect with the companies I have been coordinating with over the past couple weeks. Tuesday, June 18, 4:00 PM - 4:40 PM McCormick Place, Lake Superior Theater.

B2B Commerce Innovation Showcase

Like the Roadmap session, listening to B2B Commerce experts talk about the latest innovations and trends can provide some great thought-leadership that can be leveraged for our clients and prospects going forward. At the same time, I feel the need to hear XCentium s contribution to this session as Thomas Wagner, our Vice President of Commerce will be providing his sage thoughts as part of this showcase. Wednesday, June 19, 9:00 AM - 9:40 AM, McCormick Place, Session Room W183C.

Pushing the Boundaries of Ecommerce

Wednesday Morning is a busy one for Thomas as he roller-skates between sessions to lead a discussion around next gen B2B Commerce capabilities including a barcode scanner with mobile devices, a RFID reader using Raspberry Pi, and a CSV import tool. Live demonstrations will be leveraged to showcase these capabilities integrated with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Wednesday, June 19, 10:30 AM - 10:50 AM, McCormick Place, Lake Geneva Theater.

If you re interested in connecting over B2B Commerce, please find me at one of these sessions or come by our XCentium Booth lucky number 13. Look forward to connecting with you all in Chicago on Monday!
