Nerium International is a Dallas-based skincare company focused on age-defying skin products. The company operates in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with plans to expand into new international markets.

 

Challenge

 

Nerium’s existing platform could not support its aggressive global growth strategy. The company needed a scalable commerce solution that could handle rapid market expansion and the complexity of international commerce. This included multi-language support, localized product catalogs, country-specific business rules, pricing, tax codes, and subscription management.

 

Solution

 

XCentium built a scalable global commerce platform using Sitecore Experience Platform and Episerver B2B Commerce Cloud. Sitecore Experience Platform gave Nerium a content-driven content management system to manage localized content and product catalogs. Episerver B2B Commerce Cloud provided the foundation for a flexible ecommerce solution.

 

XCentium integrated Exigo to connect customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning capabilities. The integration supported account creation, subscription management, pricing, and product data. XCentium also integrated Clay Tablet to help Nerium add country-specific sites and languages faster, without requiring local language expertise in-house.

 

The solution included custom shopping funnels tailored by customer type, country, and context. These funnels supported personalized pricing, products, and promotions. XCentium also created reusable components and templates to reduce development and maintenance effort and support more efficient global rollouts.

 

Outcomes

 

Nerium gained a scalable commerce foundation built to support international expansion. The new platform combined content management, commerce, system integration, localization, and reusable resources to reduce the complexity of entering new markets.

 

The solution supported faster market entry through modular architecture and reusable resources. It also streamlined operations by connecting systems that manage subscriptions, pricing, customer accounts, and product data.
