Solution
XCentium implemented a solution on Optimizely B2B Commerce to improve product discovery, shipping, checkout, and customer engagement.
To improve shipping, XCentium integrated a FedEx Less Than Truckload, or LTL, connector and built logic to automate dimension and volume calculations. The solution optimized packaging configurations, supported split shipments, and provided real-time shipping rates at checkout.
To support product complexity, XCentium used Optimizely B2B Commerce entity properties and built dynamic product widgets with React and Redux. This allowed SupplyLand to show flexible product views and support hundreds of product variations without heavy platform modifications.
XCentium also added interactive promotions, including free products with qualifying orders and dynamic rewards. These features helped encourage repeat business, increase average order value, and support customer loyalty.
