AMGEN’s website needed to unify all five of their brands while continuously meeting FDA, MAC, and ADA regulations and ensuring global best practices. To continue producing innovative products, AMGEN also needed help managing their cloud services.

Outcome

Ensuring a unified experience


We utilized Helix architecture to ensure global best practices across all of AMGEN’s brands. With the Sitecore 9 upgrade, the website can now deliver relevant experiences to customers and integration data to marketers, allowing for real-time decision-making. The website also harnesses Brightcove to power an enterprise video library and AWS to ensure the website’s security, scalability, and reliability.

In order to maximize the convenience and quality of AMGEN’s deployments, XCentium developed a branching strategy that allowed for multiple deployments each month as well as a new, streamlined MAC regulatory review process to accelerate these deployments. XCentium also helped AMGEN create a custom, FDA-approved patient portal called Aimovig.
