Challenge

Isagenix had outgrown its legacy commerce system. Teams had to manually manage separate catalogs for different customer types, countries, and order flows. This made global expansion harder and limited the company’s ability to deliver a seamless, customized buying experience.

Solution

Isagenix partnered with XCentium to implement a global commerce solution on Sitecore Commerce 10.0, hosted on two-region Sitecore Managed Cloud Premium. The platform was built to support global accessibility, scalability, and more flexible commerce operations.

XCentium normalized the catalog structure so Isagenix could use a unified catalog model while still supporting different pricing, availability, customer types, countries, and order flows. Global product search also helped users find products more easily across markets.

The solution included personalized pricing tiers, customized shipping calculations, and advanced product bundling. Features such as Build My Pack and Build for Me gave customers tailored product options. XCentium also integrated Salesforce Service Cloud for customer support and customer relationship management, along with PayPal and Paymetric for secure payment processing.

Outcomes

The new platform reduced operational complexity and improved the ecommerce experience for Isagenix customers. Personalized pricing and faceted search helped reduce friction in product discovery, while configurable shipping and pricing rules supported transactions across global markets.

The platform also gave Isagenix customer-focused bundling tools and a scalable commerce foundation to support growth across 28 markets.
