The first priority was to update their website to Sitecore 9. However, Itron experienced major security scares, making the dependability of the site another top priority.

Solution

Harnessing the leading digital experience platform

Itron partnered with XCentium to update their Sitecore-powered website. In order to maximize the scalability, geo-redundancy, and security of the new site, Azure Cloud and Coveo Cloud were integrated with the Sitecore 9 solution. The upgrade to Coveo Cloud from on-prem Coveo not only made the website more secure and scalable but also made it faster with a Content Delivery Network and more functional with an Intelligent Search Platform.
