Outcome

Making health accessible

Mayo Clinic Marketplace is a storefront for users to purchase Mayo content, including books, DVDs and subscriptions. One such subscription for purchase is the Mayo Clinic Health Letter, a monthly subscription-based consumer health information newsletter launched in 1983. Mayo’s solutions resulted in two fully redesigned, responsive B2C websites that support all forms of content and encourage cross-selling.

XCentium built a scalable and flexible solution to serve enterprise-wide needs, resulting in an increase in order values and a decrease in bounce rates. Combined with the existing Mayo backend systems and 3rd party integrations for payment, shipping, tax and other order fulfillment logistics, the two new Sitecore solutions fuel the Mayo Clinic Marketplace website, Mayo Clinic Health Letter and existing Mayo sites.
