Salesforce Practice Leader – VP/Director

XCentium is looking for an experienced Salesforce Practice Leader (VP/Director) to lead and grow our Salesforce Core Clouds practice, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and emerging Salesforce AI and data solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, solution consulting, delivery oversight, client relationships, and team leadership. You will own the growth and performance of the practice, work closely with our sales and marketing teams to win new business, and ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for doing good for clients and growing professionally.

• 5+ years of consulting experience with a Salesforce systems integrator (SI).

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Experience with Salesforce OMS, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and CPQ/RLM.

• Experience selling solutions.

• Experience selling and delivering client engagements or projects valued at $1M+.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and solutions.

• Strong attention to detail.

Location

• United States (Remote).

• 10–20% travel required.
