Challenge
Denise Austin needed a digital experience that reflected her energy, expertise, and personal approach to fitness. The platform had to support a broad audience with personalized content, video on demand, eCommerce, and customer service tools. It also needed to help members stay motivated, track progress, and connect with others throughout their fitness journey.
Solution
Denise Austin partnered with XCentium to build a new digital fitness platform from the ground up. The new website gave members a simple way to access workouts, recipes, account features, scheduled content delivery, and weight loss tracking tools.
XCentium integrated Salesforce to support customer relationship management workflows. This created a central place to manage user information, billing inquiries, and customer service interactions.
The platform also included video on demand, eCommerce, and integrated email marketing. These features helped deliver fitness content, support purchases, and send personalized communications tied to member goals and program activity.
Outcomes
The new DeniseAustin.com became a more engaging and useful fitness hub. Members can access daily personalized dashboards with workout plans, recipe suggestions, weekly overviews, and printable options. They can also rate and review recipes and workouts.
The platform added community and motivation features, including buddy tracking, forums, and automated program monitoring emails. A responsive design made the experience accessible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
