Challenge

Eminence Organic Skin Care needed a unified ecommerce platform that could support both business-to-business and business-to-consumer customers across the United States and Canada from a single storefront. The solution also needed to support multiple buyers under a single Salesforce account, customer-specific pricing and promotions, loyalty tiers, bulk ordering, special shipment rules, and order servicing. Integrating ecommerce with enterprise systems was essential to support the company's B2B and B2C commerce requirements.

Solution

XCentium implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud using the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) to create a single storefront for both B2B and B2C customers. The implementation included Salesforce Page Designer to support content management and merchandising.

The storefront introduced advanced B2B capabilities, including customer-specific pricing, promotions, assortments, loyalty vouchers, ERP credits, Quick Order, bulk ordering, multiple buyers per Salesforce account, multiple units of measure, special shipment rules, order fulfillment, order servicing, and event and tradeshow ordering. Customers can also access Business Building Rewards, Purchase Insights, and Optimize My Rewards through a self-service experience.

XCentium also automated key loyalty and rewards processes that had previously been managed manually. Customers can now track eligibility, view available rewards, redeem benefits, and optimize purchases through a single digital experience.

The platform was integrated with Salesforce Order Management, Salesforce Loyalty, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, Yotpo, Stripe, Avalara, Jitterbit, Sage ERP, and shipping carriers to connect ecommerce with customer service, fulfillment, payments, tax calculation, and back-office operations.

Outcomes

The implementation delivered a unified Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefront supporting both B2B and B2C customers across the United States and Canada. The platform provides customer-specific pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, rewards optimization, Quick Order, bulk ordering, and support for multiple buyers within a Salesforce account.

The solution also automated the administration of loyalty and rewards programs, reducing manual effort while giving customers self-service access to Business Building Rewards, Purchase Insights, and personalized reward redemption.
