Challenge

The existing Sitecore XP 10.3 platform had become complex and difficult to scale. Content and delivery were tightly coupled, slowing releases and increasing operational overhead. The platform also struggled to support global expansion, secure media handling, and large volumes of structured financial data. A simple upgrade was not enough. A full architectural shift was required.
 

Solution

XCentium led a migration to SitecoreAI, moving the organization to a cloud-native, composable architecture. The team implemented a headless approach using Next.js and React, with Sitecore Content SDK managing content delivery. The platform was deployed on Vercel with structured environments to support governance and scalability.
 
To meet strict security and compliance needs, XCentium designed a layered infrastructure. This included environment isolation, geo-based routing, and traffic validation using Imperva and Vercel proxy controls. A custom media framework was built to secure sensitive assets by integrating a third-party CDN with controlled access and publishing workflows.
 
XCentium also implemented Sitecore Search to handle complex financial data. This included structured ingestion pipelines, a dynamic fund screener, and scalable indexing for regulatory content. To reduce migration risk, a custom framework preserved content structure, metadata, and versions while allowing repeatable validation cycles.

Outcomes

The new platform improved performance, security, and scalability while reducing operational complexity. The organization can now release updates faster and support global growth with a stable foundation.
