XCentium strengthened a multi-market SitecoreAI environment and helped scale CMS, search, agents, and flows across global marketing teams, increasing traffic and qualified leads while improving productivity and onboarding.

About the client
Glory Global Solutions provides technology that helps businesses automate and manage cash transactions. As part of the GLORY Group, it supports organisations across retail, financial services, hospitality, food and beverage, and gaming, making cash handling more efficient and enabling employees to focus more on customers.
Challenge
Glory Global Solutions needed to transition support of its global Sitecore environment from an existing digital consulting partner while maintaining continuity across a complex, multi-market website. The site serves different regions and languages, with content spanning industries, solutions, services, resources, careers, and corporate information. As a long-standing Sitecore customer, Glory also saw an opportunity to get more from the platform by helping regional marketing teams respond faster to localised answer engine optimisation, or AEO, requirements. The challenge was to create a scalable approach that gave local teams greater speed and flexibility while maintaining corporate governance, brand standards, guidelines, and tone of voice.
Solution
XCentium started with a structured transition and technical assessment to build a detailed understanding of Glory’s Sitecore environment. The team reviewed the solution architecture, content structure, integrations, documentation, development setup, Vercel configuration, and technical practices. It also worked with Glory to understand priorities and dependencies while providing production support during the transition. This established a clear foundation for ongoing development and continuous improvement.
That foundation has supported broader use of SitecoreAI CMS and Sitecore Search to improve efficiency, speed, and the delivery of new marketing initiatives. The partnership enabled the use of SitecoreAI agents and flows to help regional marketing teams respond faster to localised AEO requirements. Local teams can access capabilities relevant to their roles while maintaining corporate standards, guidelines, and tone of voice. This gives smaller teams greater flexibility to respond to local trends while supporting Glory’s visibility in large language model, or LLM, rankings across its markets.
The partnership also continues to improve the wider digital experience. One example is Glory’s careers experience, where XCentium developed Sitecore components to replace a script-based vacancy listing and bring job information from Pinpoint, Glory’s recruitment platform, directly into the corporate website. Visitors can search and filter opportunities, while individual roles can have dedicated pages on Glory’s domain. The approach was designed to support search engine indexing, strengthen brand equity, and increase visibility for open positions.
Outcomes
Since adopting SitecoreAI CMS, Search, and Agentic Studio, Glory has seen increased website traffic and qualified lead submissions. Marketing productivity has also improved, while onboarding time for new marketing employees has decreased because of SitecoreAI’s ease of use.
The use of agents and flows also gives local marketing teams greater ability to respond to regional AEO requirements while working within corporate standards. This creates a practical model for using SitecoreAI across a global marketing organisation, balancing local needs with central governance.
