Challenge

Guidewire’s legacy website could no longer keep pace with its web marketing goals or growing customer engagement needs. Content authors had difficulty creating and managing content efficiently. The outdated site design limited Guidewire’s ability to respond to new growth opportunities. As website-driven inquiries increased, Guidewire needed a faster, more responsive digital presence to support engagement and conversion.

Solution

Guidewire partnered with XCentium to redesign and rebuild its global website on SitecoreAI. The new site used a composable architecture designed for scale, flexibility, and faster content creation.

XCentium used its XM Cloud Accelerator to provide prebuilt composable components. This allowed content authors to begin content entry within one week of kickoff and helped save weeks of manual effort.

The solution also included Algolia for fast search across customer listings, resources, blogs, and press releases. Vercel edge deployment improved security, performance, and scalability while reducing internal overhead. Next.js and Tailwind CSS supported fast development and quick page load times.

Outcomes

Guidewire launched a modern global website with a refreshed user experience and a more agile content workflow. Marketing teams can now create, manage, and optimize content through a no-code stack.

The multilingual site supports more than 10,000 pages across 8 languages. Guidewire also reported a 300% boost in agility, helping marketing teams move faster through build-measure-learn cycles.
