Challenge

Joyce Meyer Ministries needed a modern, accessible website to better serve its global audience. The organization also needed to simplify the complexity of managing international eCommerce. Its goal was to create a scalable, personalized, and customer-centered experience that could support growth across regions, currencies, and payment methods.

Solution

XCentium implemented Sitecore Commerce and integrated it with Azure Cloud to support scalability, geo-redundancy, and security. The solution also brought three separate commerce sites into one streamlined site, giving the organization a stronger foundation for managing global commerce.

The platform supported multiple currencies and international payment gateways, including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and more. XCentium also integrated Avalara to simplify tax calculations across global regions and introduced subscription services to enable recurring donations and automated payments.
