Challenge

AuguStar Life needed a new digital platform to support its growth strategy and strengthen its brand presence. The team wanted to deliver personalized content, create more meaningful user journeys, and increase lead generation. They also needed to support these goals across multiple sites at the same time.

Solution

XCentium built reusable components so content could be shared and updated more efficiently across sites. Custom lead generation forms were integrated with Salesforce to capture leads and support follow-up. Microsoft Azure provided secure hosting, scalability, reliability, and 24/7 support.

The platform was designed to make it easier to add future sites with minimal effort. This gave AuguStar Life a stronger digital foundation that could support current needs and future expansion.

Outcomes

AuguStar Life launched three sites simultaneously and delivered new digital experiences aligned to its growth strategy. The recruiting site for financial professionals was the first to migrate to the new platform. The redesign included new site functionality, customizable content, and a mobile-optimized experience.

The recruiting site helped drive a 373% increase in leads, measured 2022 year-to-date over 2021. This exceeded the initial first-year goal of a 100% increase. Ohio National also received an Award of Excellence from the Cincinnati Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America for www.joinohionational.com.
