Station Casinos is a leading provider of gaming and entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada. Its properties are regional entertainment destinations offering casino gaming alongside restaurants, entertainment venues, movie theaters, bowling, and convention and banquet spaces.

Challenge

Station Casinos was preparing to open a new property and needed a fresh, modern website to launch alongside it. The new site had to be implemented within the company’s existing Sitecore multisite environment. Station also needed to connect its digital experiences with its loyalty program and mobile app, bringing together content, promotions, and loyalty information across guest touchpoints.

Solution

XCentium designed and implemented the new website within Station Casinos’ existing Sitecore multisite environment. The site used modular, reusable components and shared content, allowing it to work within the broader digital environment supporting Station Casinos’ portfolio of properties.

XCentium also integrated Sitecore with Station Casinos’ loyalty system. Promotions and offers were managed within Sitecore for use across Sitecore websites and the loyalty system. Members could log in through the website or mobile app to view their loyalty points, promotions, and offers.

The integration extended to the mobile experience. Sitecore feeds supplied content to the app to maintain consistent messaging and user experiences across channels. The project also included geofencing and work to help app users navigate their experience at larger properties.

Outcomes

The implementation connected Sitecore websites, Station Casinos’ loyalty system, and the mobile app. Members could access loyalty points, promotions, and offers through both web and mobile, while promotions managed in Sitecore could be used across Sitecore experiences and the loyalty system.

The implementation also used modular, reusable components and shared content within the existing Sitecore multisite environment, supporting digital experiences across Station Casinos properties.
