Taylor Morrison is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders and developers, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company operates in 20 markets across 12 states and serves homebuyers and renters through brands that include Taylor Morrison, Esplanade, and Yardly.

 

Challenge

 

Taylor Morrison needed a cohesive digital strategy that brought its brand experience together across platforms. The company needed an integrated, user-friendly website that supported customer journeys, created a compelling visual tone, and helped build brand loyalty. The experience also needed to work well for mobile users and make it easier for buyers to find homes in their preferred locations.

XCentium helped Taylor Morrison create a mobile-first digital experience. The website was re-architected and redesigned to support a smoother journey across devices, with intuitive navigation and a modern design that made information easier to find.

 

Sitecore and Salesforce were integrated using Sitecore xConnect and a bidirectional Salesforce-Sitecore connector. This helped Taylor Morrison track and analyze user behavior and support a 360-degree customer view across systems.

 

XCentium also integrated Azure B2C and single sign-on to support secure logins and personalized services. Location-based pathways were added through Google Maps integration, including geolocational search and an interactive “search as map moves” feature. A favoriting system allowed users to save content from previous visits and stay connected to their home search journey.
