Challenge

Tessitura needed to future-proof its digital platform and reduce annual upgrade costs. Sitecore XP was nearing the end of its lifecycle, which made long-term maintenance more challenging and costly. Tessitura needed a more agile, scalable solution that could support faster innovation, easier integrations, and future digital growth.

Solution

Tessitura partnered with XCentium to migrate from Sitecore XP to SitecoreAI. The goal was to move to a composable platform while preserving the existing user experience and minimizing disruption during the transition.

XCentium completed the migration in six months. The work included a lift-and-shift content migration from Sitecore XP to SitecoreAI, along with integrations for Coveo Atomic and Vercel to support advanced search and performance optimization.

XCentium also helped preserve important functionality. A custom personalization feature was implemented to maintain existing capabilities, while integrations with Telligent, Coveo Atomic, and geo-based and role-based personalization supported a more tailored user experience.

Outcomes

Tessitura moved to a more agile and scalable digital platform. SitecoreAI helped reduce ongoing upgrade and support needs while giving Tessitura more flexibility to add features and integrate tools faster.

The new composable architecture also helped Tessitura respond more quickly to digital needs. With improved performance, lower total cost of ownership, and preserved personalization capabilities, Tessitura is better positioned to support future digital growth.
