Challenge

Tripwire had deep technical expertise, but its web platform had become difficult to manage. Updating pages and launching deployments took more effort than the business needed. This slowed response times and made it harder for teams to keep content current. Tripwire needed a secure, scalable platform that could support faster work with little-to-no code.

Solution

Tripwire partnered with XCentium to build an enterprise digital content management system in a highly secured software as a service environment. Sitecore 9.3 served as the core digital experience platform and supported the performance and scalability requirements for the new website.

XCentium deployed the solution on Microsoft Azure to support reliability and scale. The team also integrated Sucuri Web Application Firewall and Content Delivery Network, along with Verizon Content Delivery Network, to help minimize attack vectors and keep the platform secure.

The solution connected Salesforce Customer Relationship Management and Salesforce Marketing Cloud through Marketo. This supported demand generation, lead management, and gated content. XCentium also integrated Google Analytics and live chat to help Tripwire better understand user behavior and support a more engaging experience.

Outcomes

XCentium delivered the fully responsive, highly secure website in 11 weeks. Tripwire gained a low-to-no-code platform that allowed employees to build forms, pages, and content without relying on developers for each update or deployment.

Tripwire’s team can now configure events on pages without code, making content management and day-to-day operations easier.
